ProMatrix GroDerm

Regenerative scaffold for treatment of chronic ulceration.  

We plan to start pre-clinical development of a second product, ProMatrix GroDerm, as soon as the results of the first product are established. ProMatrx GroDerm will be developed as an optimised reconstructive treatment for chronic wounds. Both products comprise a novel series of wound treatment skin substitutes.

ProMatrix GroDerm will be developed to treat hard-to-heal or chronic wounds. These wounds present a major clinical problem across the world, with a significant rate of growth in the annual incidence due to the rising number of diabetic patients and the rising age of the population.
